What is an e-Book?

The term e-Book stands for electronic book. It is a book that can be read on your PC or PDA.

What do I need to read an e-Book?

Most of our e-Books are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need  the adobe acrobat reader. You probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from www.adobe.com

Some e-Books are exe (executable) files. These need no software to run on your PC.

They can also be in the form of a word file or HTML file.

How will my e-Book be delivered?

Your e-Book will be delivered electronically via email to your primary PayPal email address.

Will I require any additional software?

Your e-Book/s will be delivered in zipped (compressed) format.

You will need WinZip to extract the file/s.  You probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it  for free from www.winzip.com

Why has my e-Book not arrived?

Your e-book purchase should arrive automatically to your email address used when paying through PayPal.  If you did not receive your e-Book check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there. If not make sure you adjust your spam filter settings then contact us.

What exactly does "FULL RESALE RIGHTS" mean?

All of our e-book and software products come with full resale
rights which means that besides using the product for your own
informational needs, you can also resell the product to others at a price
you set. With full resale rights you can resell an e-book as it is or
you may sell it as part of an e-book package.  Many of our e-books come with their own reseller's web page to help you advertise a book for resale.
